the tub dont drain and water backs up into the sinks and tubs . The light and fab didnt work and the air conditioner made a loud noise and hardly cooled the room. Floor was dirty because feet and socks got black . water stains all over the room and literally had walls peeling apart. Needs a major upgrade we tried to stay a second time but we wont ever book here again

Very dirty, unsafe condition, mold in the rooms, this facility is falling apart and its sad the Expedia have this hotel on their website as 4.1 *the bedding mattress is absolutely disgusting, i unfortunately stayed there for one noght and left earlier, do your self a favor, don't stay here

Great location but that's about all it had going for it. The place was pretty run down and didn't have any working amenities like ice machine, laundry room etc. The room we stayed in wasn't very clean and all the linens were stained. I would probably not stay there again.

"Beachfront"

The view of the beach was pretty good, I didn't like that the balconies were so close together though. The room itself was not the greatest. The sliding door to the balcony was very hard to slide open and it didn't close all the way or lock properly so there was a stick in the track to keep it from being opened from the outside. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and there was a pink stain on the corner of one of them. The tv kept randomly turning off throughout the day and night for a good 2 or 3 minutes then would turn back on. The shower pressure was nice but the temperature wasn't consistent and the drainage was not good. There were a couple of tiles that had a piece broken and loose. Honestly there was rust everywhere. Even the front office outside looks like its falling apart. The pictures online made it look a lot nicer than it actually was. All in all it wasn't great. We probably won't be going back there.

I never like to give bad reviews but this is an old building. Door was open with a key that was hard to turn. The slide glass door to the patio almost came off track. Front desk was not open till 8am....he was late.

It was a decent place for the price. Very out dated and could use a lot of TLC but you get what you pay for! Can’t beat the view and convenience of location.

Dirty, Outdated and Bug Infested

This place should be torn down. The rooms are filthy, outdated, bug ridden and uninhabitable. The elevator doesn’t work. I had to carry multiple bags up 3 flights of stairs. The bedding and furniture were old and stained like it was taken off a trash pile. The bathroom was so grimey to where I would be safer fully dressed using the shower. I had to have my room switched because the AC in the first one was not working. In the second room there was a sliding glass door that was difficult to open because it was raggedy and off track so I had to force it open in order to get on the balcony. The appliances were filthy to the point where I did not want to put any food anywhere near it. The straw that broke the camels back was when I pulled the blanket back, and there were bedbugs and ants running across the comforter and the sheets. I immediately went to the office to complain because I refuse to stay there. I would never recommend anyone stay here. I also will be discontinuing using hotels.com because they do not have any safeguards for customers in these situations. My Labor Day weekend was ruined. The only positive thing was the night janitor Johnny who tried his best to accommodate me. He was very nice and empathetic. When speaking to the front desk clerk named Lee the next morning about my refund, he was very rude and condescending like he was the one inconvenienced. Needless to say that I was denied a refund for this unpleasant and inconvenient experience. Very disappointed.

The door didnt properly close or lock. The back sliding glass door only locked from wedging a stick in. Killed several roaches in the room. Sheets werent even cleaned. One pillow case had blood on it. The tv didnt work when we first got there however the maintenance guy took care of that. The continental breakfast that supose to start at 8am only consisted of outdated cereal bars,blueberry muffins, and strawberry poptarts. When i asked about coffee the guy said very rudely " you just saw me walk in so how could i have any coffee ready?" It was already 8:30 by then. It was overall horrible and gross. Most of the people that were already there were smoking alot of weed at the pool and drunk teenagers.

This hotel unfortunately was very dilapidated and has not been maintained. There was peeling paint and mole on the walls. Furniture was damaged and dirty, bathroom was gross, dirty tub, resting, etc. It’s honestly shocking that they have people to stay there.

You get what you pay for. It’s in the beach but an older motel and as such needs updating, worst for me was ac was not able to cool room and tub filled up when showering and packing is tight but for a night it’s okay

Disgusting

Used thong hanging from bathroom handle mu 8yr old son saw. AC unit broken. Towels had dirt, fingerprints and mascara on them. Outside, the 90 degree weather was better than inside the room. Floors sticky. Broken everything. Very sketchy. Maintenance man was called and almost broke the door down with how aggressive his knock was. Front desk said nothing they could do but give us a box fan.
