Oceanview 1 bedroom condo located on the executive (Penthouse) 14th floor, and is one of the nicer units in the building with high ceiling. This condo is located on the northeast side of the resort, you have a wonderful view of the ocean as well as great sunset views. There are private balconies off the living room with 2 chares and table, and the other balcony off the bedroom to stand and enjoy the view. There are 2 queen beds in the bedroom. The large living room has a sofa, chair and dining set with 2 chairs. Kitchen has refrigerator, two burner cook-top, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, Keurig.
We have everything here to make your trip perfect. Linens provided includes sheets, towels, kitchen towels, pots, pans, plates, glassware, flatware, utensils everything you will need for the kitchen. You are within walking distance to supermarket (publix), pharmacy, stores, souvenir shops and restaurants. Poolside Tike bar, serves lunch daily, inside lounge and restaurant for breakfast and happy hour fun. the resort has many amenities to enjoy, mushroom pool for the kids, 2 large outdoor swimming pools, indoor swimming pool, hot top, Gym and more to enjoy.

**Price is discounted Due to Hurricane Ian, all pools, tiki bar, restaurant and parking garage are closed. There is beach access still available, also there is a parking lot available for resort guests next door.

It was a nice area. The condo was beautiful. Loved the balcony. I just wish the pools were up and running. I was a little disappointed about that due to having my Granddaughters. Not to mention i do not like getting in the ocean to swim, the water was freezing and i dont like not knowing whats in there to bite me. 😅

Excellent communication!

Stayed at this property in April, 2023. The owner was amazing with communication and getting back to us immediately if we had concerns with anything! Overall the condo was wonderful. We would have loved a few more amenities in the building but it appears this complex was hit hard by the hurricanes.

Great location

We spent two night here for the Daytona 500. Very clean and a great location on the beach and an easy drive to the speedway. My only complaint was there was no comfortable living room furniture. The couch was small and hard. Luckily it was a quick trip and we didn’t sit much. The amenities (pool, etc) were great. Would definitely stay there again.
