The actual room was nice and clean inside. The outside is very dated and it’s called a resort which is not. Looks like a regular old motel. So upon arriving it was disappointing but luckily the actual accommodation was nice.

Owner/property manager very responsive. Any concerns/ questions addressed appropriately and quickly. Location on beach is great! Curb appeal could use a little work. Warning: The HOA is very aggressive with parking enforcement. You have at most 15 mins to get your parking pass into your vehicle.

I had an issue with my e-mail that Vrbo did not sort out before my stay, so I was unable to receive check-in instructions because my old e-mail was still on file. The host refused to send the instructions any other way, via text or my new e-mail or the inquiry messaging. Vrbo sent me the instructions directly. I also ended up not bringing my pet. She had emergency surgery that week and I had to leave her at home. I asked the host to refund me the pet fee, they never did. Finally, the a/c ran non-stop, the thermostat was broken. I informed the host, I said it was not a problem. I never received any responses to my e-mail problem, pet fee refund request or a/c problem. Poor communication.
