The unit is nice and roomy for an old building. It’s convenient to many venues. But…the access code for the unit did not work, so I waited 20 minutes in the cold for someone to let me in; I was promised a new code but never got one. There isn’t a secure lock on the back door. I never found a switch for the kitchen lights, so they were on all night. There wasn’t a hair dryer. I spotted two different types of bugs at night. For the above reasons, I didn’t sleep well. When I awoke, a bug crawled onto my sheet. That was it. I canceled and moved to another motel.

Issue that I have with the whole stay is that the hotel business is cutting us out of a whole 24hr room stay. Check in times are getting later and later and check in times are getting earlier and earlier. Besides that is the only issues with my specific room is the toilet had flushing issues and hardly any tv stations worked. The hotel itself is a nice little spot for the price

The pictures are just a little deceptive because the property is across the street from the water but nevertheless, I would highly recommend it. Clean, comfortable, a little kitchenette and for the price – awesome. Even a brand-new roll of paper towels (still in the wrapper) on the kitchen counter. But internet problems; the 1st night all was good but the 2nd night the parking lot was full and the internet was ridiculously slow and which also killed the TV, just a spinning circle. If you’re wanting to spend a stupid amount of money on ocean front, then go across the street. But if you are willing to tolerate the internet speed and want the best of both worlds then book this. Oh, and a mile or so from the party district.
