We were a only in New Smyrna Beach for two nights, but this location was perfect for what we wanted. We could walk out the door and be on the beach. It was also a great spot for local restaurants. The hotel itself was good. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was your typical hotel breakfast. If we went back to New Smyrna again this would be a location we stay at again.

Enjoyed the short stay. Friendly, helpful staff in an optimal location. Only negative experience was the morning of our departure and fellow appeared to have too many drinks the night before and was sleeping in the lobby on a bench . Staff attempted to awaken this patron but he refused to leave . Just hope staff was safe
