Private Studio Style Getaway Steps From The Beach.
Newly renovated private apartment, very modern. Less than two miles from the beach, and shopping plaza with grocery store. You will have your own entrance and be able to come and go as you please. This unit is attached to the house but it is closed, you will have total privacy. This apartment does not include a full kitchen but does have a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
Studio apartment attached to my house with your own private entrance. Very close to shopping and the beach.
I will be there as you need me. If you want your privacy it can be like I’m not even there, I’m very easy going.
Guests will have WiFi access and streaming services are provided. Netflix, Hulu, HBO etc.
Beach - 1.7 miles
Shopping - less than 2 miles
Speedway - 5.5 miles
Daytona Beach airport - 5.5 miles
Laundromat - less than a 10 minute walk.
7/11 - Just down the road

Everything was perfect!
This stay was awesome! I have never used a BNB before and I was a bit nervous but this stay changed my entire overview of them! My three friends and I stayed here for a senior trip and there was more than enough room for all of us. It is very clean. Both the futon and the bed are super comfortable and roomy. The bathroom looks like it came out of a magazine, it is so cute! The owner provided us with shampoo soap, towels, and a blow drier! There was a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and a mini fridge. They left anything you could want for your coffee and even some oatmeal! You also do not have to worry about losing a key as it has an automatic lock with a password to it, which was great. The WiFi is great and there is a Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon account for the guests! :) The room is super close to many restaurants, excursions, and the beach is less than five minutes away. The owner is very helpful, friendly, and offers any help he can with questions about the area, etc. He even parks on the road so you have the driveway to yourself. You can tell he really does care for his guests. I highly recommend this room!!

Great place!
We stayed here for a girl's weekend. It was very stylish and cute. Very close to the beach and a short drive to the speedway. Owner was very helpful and kind.
