This gorgeous 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit has breathtaking views! Located on the 23rd floor of the North Tower at Ocean Walk Resort - you won't have to leave the property! - Professionally Managed by Sunlit Vacation Rentals!

Bedding Arrangements:
The master bedroom features a king sized bed with a large corner Jacuzzi tub in the master bath.
The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds and its own balcony with views of the intercostal waterway and ocean views. Additionally, there is a balcony off of the living room area for the perfect ocean sunrises and intracoastal sunsets. The unit also has a queen sleeper in the living room.

The bright full kitchen opens into the dining and living room area letting everyone enjoy some family and friend fun. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make delicious meals throughout your stay, the large dining table provides ample seating, and there also is a washer dryer in the unit for your convenience.

2 parking passes are provided for you at checkin. The Boardwalk, Ocean Center, and Seabreeze clubs so you don`t need to go any where once you are here. The amenities available to guests are amazing. Spacious gorgeous ocean views

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. The rooms are spacious, clean, and provide plenty of space for family to relax. The kitchen is delightful to enjoy a meal with family. The master room includes a jacuzzi tub and that’s always an added bonus. We never have any trouble contacting the owner. This unit has became a favorite of ours and my kids love staying here! Plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella are provided which makes traveling much lighter! Thanks so much for being our favorite place to enjoy Daytona!

Good views and easy beach access!

This condo was as advertised. The pictures are spot on. The views were great, the beach access and pool facility was perfect. Check-in staff was pleasant and the property manager was Responsive and professional. The facility was also very well kept. Other staff was friendly and said hello, and the place was always clean. When my adult daughter left some valuable items in the condo when we checked out (Like her wallet with her ID to travel home on a plane) I was able to contact the manager and he secured the items so I could pick them up a few days later. We had a great stay and would love to come back again! The neighborhood was OK. It was your typical beach town. A little bit seedy at night. The one thing missing from the location was good shopping. You had your typical beach shops, but nothing where you could stroll and shop through clothing, boutiques or anything like that. Nothing high end. Which is fine because we were there for the beach and event at the ocean center. All over great place!

Great area and room layout but……

The ocean walk is an ideal area. Close to everything and on the beach! Communication was not a thing. I reached out many times and got no reply whatsoever! The place was huge and layout was great but be prepared for the bare minimum in supples not even salt and pepper And bathroom supplies were low grade and minimal… the decks were very small and view was just ok The beds are creepy and cheap and the couch hard and rough I wouldn’t stay in this unit again nor recommend it there are units that do provide a lot more for less money

Condo is nice and clean. If you want chairs by the pool you better wake up early and grab some bc it gets really busy. It was nice to have restaurants and shopping a walk away and also the water park. The parking garage confused me at first but was good once I figured it out. Everyone was very nice at the facility and was nice and clean.

Excellent clean and modern with a great view

Awesome clean and modern property with a great view from both balconies! We had a perfect view of the sunrise from the living room balcony. The property manager was responsive, and the whole process from check in to check out was very easy. There are multiple indoor and outdoor pools with lazy river and water slide. Location was great and we were able to walk to many different places. The only thing would be that we could hear A LOT of street noise until late in the night. It was just noisy out on the balcony and couldn’t hear much inside though. Overall it was an excellent stay and I wish we could have stayed longer!
