We were pleased that the pictures matched what the real view was. We enjoyed the beach access and proximity to all of the adventures we wanted to complete during our stay. Older facility but clean and very nice stay, would definitely stay there again.

Stayed at MOD New Smyrna and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, the property was beautifully maintained, and everything felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Checkin after hours wasn't great. It isn't clear that the location of the villas is a mile away from the office. It's not great to have to return to the office in the morning and to check out in person. Everything could be done more efficiently and without contact. The location was great.

My only disappointment was the fact that the pool was right outside our ground floor room, so I couldn’t look out the windows to see the ocean without the people at the pool seeing in our windows and balcony door.
