Liked: Cleanliness
Cleaning person for the room needs to clean better. Pillows were flat as pancakes. Indoor pool not heated. Hot tub jets did not work and water was cold. They put pictures of outside pool area that is not how it is now. Only one outdoor pool. If you go on the beach there are signs everywhere saying the building is condemned. No laundry room. Ice machines in hallway did not work.
