Room was extremely neglected. Bathroom was clogged since we checked in, manager attempted to fix it with a plunger but it did not work. Air conditioner continued to shut off during the night. Bed was very uncomfortable and you can hear the guests in the rooms on the side and above, This hotel does not even deserve a one star!

Traveled for family emergency. Hotel is old, run down, beds are so so, the soap, shampoo, body wash, was cheap and maybe enough to wash a baby so be sure to bring your own, breakfast was a very light continental one and the juice machine was out of order. I adked front desk abot checking out early, they said take your time, but charged us for another day. The staff is kind, though.

The room was spacious and clean - we had a pleasant stay. Housekeeping came in every day and gave us fresh towels and cleaned the room. All personnel were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again!!

This hotel is clean but the beds are terrible. Shower has very little water flow and they charge 14.95 resort fee after you have already paid for your room when you check out even though your receipt says paid in full including taxes and fees. Microtel is no resort. Breakfast is just bread, cereal, and one waffle iron that everyone is waiting in line to use due to very limited options. Walls are very thin and doors don’t seal well. You can hear people walking past your door and the tv or people talking in the next room
