what’s told we could probably check in by two, came around three and was told not to come back until four. Staff did get a room then by 3:30, wanted to jump in the shower for a quick rinse and there was no hot water ran the water for 10 minutes and the hot never came. Went out for the evening came back and we’re looking forward to laying back and enjoying a movie only to find the TVs were not working, staff said they were going to get them fixed of course that did not do us any good for tonight. Would’ve been nice to have been told TVs didn’t work or given some type of consideration that being the case. Rooms were clean and nice and decorated well owners attitude I thought was very disappointing, would never go back.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Inn On the Avenue and had a lovely stay. Our hostess, Carol, was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Starfish Room, and the room was very clean and had all of the amenities we would need. Breakfast was also delicious - pancakes with a delicious array of toppings and then a rotating main dish. The B&B is located in the heart of the Flagler District, near lots of shopping and restaurants and just a few blocks from the beach.

Cute, clean b&b just a short walk from the beach. The innkeeper is lovely, such a nice lady and easy to talk to. We stayed in the mermaid suite and it's every bit as beautiful as the pictures. Breakfast is good but only served at 9 or 9:30 so keep that in mind.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. Comfortable, family vibe. The rooms we clean, cozy and perfect for me and my daughter. Loved the theme idea for each room. Location was ideal for walking to everything. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Each room has an assigned parking space, and the breakfast was freshly made, with pancake batter where you cook your own pancakes in the middle of the table there is a heated griddle. Then we had an egg scramble with bread and grapes. It was filling and the hospitality was very friendly and kind. We felt welcome. The room was clean and nice. Great location walking distance to the beach and restuarants and bars.

Everything was wonderful. The decor in the room and the dining room were beautiful. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was outstanding and great choices. The owner and her friend were very friendly and we had great conversations. It was definitely a highlight of our time there. Inn on the Avenue was so enjoyable. Upon arrival, we were surprised that the parking spots were labeled with each room name. Flagler Ave can be a challenge to find parking so finding out that our spot was on property was a relief. When entering the B&B it felt like I was stepping into a relative’s home. To be honest, when I opened the door and stepped the in the 1st time I had to stick my head out the door to make sure I was leaning into the right door because the downstairs appeared to be a beach’ey upscale dining and kitchen area. WOW!! The check in process was literally process less. The host took me on the tour and led me to my room. It too was spectacular and above all expectations. With the Inn being right on the avenue I wasn’t expecting it to feel so perfect. But it was. When the host tells you to when you arrive to make yourself at home they mean it. They did a magnificent job creating an environment that made us feel so welcome. The Inn on the Avenue is now our go to in all our future trips to Flagler Ave and New Smyrna Beach.
