We enjoyed staying here. The hotel was nice and staff were friendly and helpful. The best part of our stay was the view. The only downside was the stains on the couch. We wouldn’t sit there because of them. The breakfast was delicious and they go out of their way to make it nice!

I will start with the fact that the staff here was great and does the best they can with the limited resources they have. Beyond that, the hotel is rundown and poorly maintained. In-room Fridge wouldn't get cold, rust on things, Zero hot water in either of the two rooms I booked. Room phone was non-functional, but decided to pipe up and ring consistently for 30 seconds randomly. The bed was very comfortable. To correct a review I read regarding the breakfast. It is not good. If you take your standard free hotel breakfast and rate them from 1-10, this is the baseline for 1 or 2 from a chain hotel. Things like yogurt are from a large container (not an individual serving) and probably put back in the fridge for the next day. The "bar" consists of 2 vodka choices, a whiskey and there are 4 cans of beer to choose from. The roof leaks onto your breakfast, which will be that way indefinitely, as the city has a "stop work" order for roof repairs taped to the front door... If you are here to sleep only and go, it is perfectly acceptable if you don't shower. If you are looking for something with normal hotel amenities, spend a little more and go someplace else.

The staff was very friendly hotel was clean. Our room was great. I read a lot of bad reviews and good reviews. We took a chance. Everything was great. Bring your own chairs for the balcony we didn’t have any. Bought some $8 ones from Walmart. Everything was great and I would stay here again in the future.
