Everything about the Hilton Vacation Club Daytona Beach Regency was fantastic. Spacious room, friendly staff and right on the beach. What more could you ask for? One thing and it is a minor constructive criticism would be to lift the height of the bed. For some reason ours sat on the floor. Anyway looking forward to our next stay!

Staff was so wonderful. Tracy made our stay and room spectacular. Lori was so wonderful and helpful. The tiki bar Erika kept everyone at pool and spa happy at all times. All the staff member made our wonderful. Our room and all common areas were spotless, not a thing out of place. Pool area clean, grills spotless and you want to grill on them. Pool towels which are beach towels waiting on your chair for you

Staff was incredible, I had a request for a desk as I was studying for an exam. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. Room was spotless and the views were incredible. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

My check in was smooth once I was able to actually get to the hotel. I had to wait 30-40 mins nearby until construction was completed for the day I’m assuming. Due to the hotel being located right in the middle of this, I was unable to check in at my desired time. I was unaware of construction happening in this area until a few days prior to my check in via text from the hotel. If I would’ve knew about this I would have booked else where. The gentleman who checked me in however was a delight. The suite I was assigned to had no view of the beach whatsoever. It had a view to the nextdoor parking garage and we were awaken to the sounds of banging from construction I’m assuming early in the morning. During the third day of my stay, in the morning we noticed the toilet was essentially gargling, we didn’t think anything of it since we haven’t used the toilet or shower at all that day. We left to get breakfast and once we returned the sound continued. Once we were ready to use the shower to start our busy day, the shower was filled with poop water coming up from the drain. We went downstairs to inform the front desk agents who insisted it was not poop water because the water lines are different. However from the smell and the maintenance man, we were indeed correct. I requested for us to be moved to a different room and the front desk agent stated there was no rooms available. However the maintenance man was able to change our rooms. We then was given a ADA room with no hot water
