Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa offers 275 accommodations with DVD players and laptop-compatible safes. Rooms open to furnished balconies. These individually decorated and furnished accommodations have separate dining areas. Beds feature premium bedding. Televisions come with premium digital channels. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations with deep soaking bathtubs, designer toiletries, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers.

First of all what free breakfast? Secondly the front desk was incredibly RUDE they cried over an incidental hold saying my card was declining WHILE I WAS CURRENTLY USING IT!!! they made me stand at concierge and fix it after telling them I’ll be right back I have to go to AG to get my kids food that’s been ready for 25 mins now they refused to let me go which resulted in me having to pay for food my kids WOULD NOT EAT because it was freezing cold so paid double for dinner that night WITH THE SAME CARD THEY CLAIMED WAS DECLINING … now I paid enough money for two nights there and it still would’ve been cheaper to book a 4 night cruise for four. That doesn’t include the amount of money we spent in food and beverage during our stay and here they are crying over a That doesn’t include the amount of money we spent in food and beverage during the two days of our stay . The staff was RUDE and out of line .. remember people this is a 4 diamond Forbes rated resort…. So shame on Forbes as well. And my SOUTH TOWER unit was visibly filthy but that was the least of my worries after humiliating me in the lobby in front of a huge group that was in house… so yeah that was nice! The director of ops and the GM have not even addressed this issue OR responded to my email. So yummy that left such a great taste in my mouth lol NOT! We had next weekend booked there as well but NATURALLY I canceled that. They don’t deserve the clientele I bring there nor my money. Shame on you HBR

From the moment we arrived, the experience at Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa was nothing short of amazing. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The valet team set the tone with warm greetings and top-notch service every time we pulled up. Anton at the lobby bar was incredible — friendly, attentive, and made some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had. At Delfinos Italian Chophouse, Graham provided impeccable service and made dinner feel like a true fine dining experience. Vince at the Ocean Grille was just as outstanding, making sure every detail of our meal was perfect while bringing great energy to the table. It’s rare to find a resort where everyone genuinely cares about your experience, but Hammock Beach delivers exactly that. We can’t wait to come back!

The patio door was not able to be opened without the assistance of the engineer. The freezer had no ice— it had been turned off. The tvs did not work the first night—the picture and the sound were broken up and garbled. The second night we needed the help of the engineer again as all three tvs said “no signal”. The showers were difficult to operate without first knowing how they worked. The twin bed’s mattress was very uncomfortable. All of the outlets in the kitchen had been shut off, but we did figure out to turn them on. The room itself was lovely, really enjoyed the ocean view and we loved the pools, the beach and the restaurants! Every staff person was wonderful.

My second childhood

This was just what my friend and I needed. You really didn't have to go anywhere if you didn't want to, you have restaurants, grills, bars, and what I came for the lazy river and pools. It was well worth the money. Beautiful room and view of the ocean, sunrise and the pool area. I got a free upgrade which after seeing where I would have stayed I was very pleased with the change.
