The lazy river was drained and not usable, the ocean view was an ocean view in the distance with a lot of parking lot and constant construction. Not worth the price we paid at all.

Room were outdated, staff was very polite however this hotel is a club and it seems that they cater for their member, we were hungry after a long drive and decided to go to eat at the atlantic grill and was greeted by the host with do you have a reservation ? No one at check in mentioned that we needed reservation ,all the restaurant we try to eat ,we were greeted by you need a reservation , I did not feel welcome in this place .why would you take the money for non members for rooms,but make them feel not welcome.never coming back to this "hotel" which is not a hotel ,it is club that caters for their member, should not be a hotel.

The room was large , had lots of amenities, & was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was large & well appointed with shower & a bath. Also to find a hotel that actually DOESNT charge you to self park is a total 10/10. Honestly couldn’t fault our stay

Everything was great, except that the Lazy River is not operational. And there's no mention of it on Expedia and even on the resort website itself. Even when we checked-in, the representative didnt mention anything about it. It was a bummer for everyone.
