- This resort is a mixed-use facility. The resort share's common areas, gym, and garage are not managed by Travel + Leisure Co., so your experience may vary between areas of the resort. The South Tower Management company will be closing the lazy river, swimming pool (south), spas (south) and pool slides from November 1st to December 15th (tentatively) for major repairs.
- Standard 2-bedroom lock-offs may have a view of the ocean. The 2-bedroom deluxe lock-offs have street and intercostal views. Views are not guaranteed.
- The lazy river and waterslide, located in the south tower, are not managed by Wyndham Ocean Walk and may be subjected to unexpected closures. For questions and concerns, please contact the resort.
