Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Our Cleaning fee is not so much for the cleaning we do after you leave , rather in anticipation of your arrival. Karen and I take pride in personally preparing for guests including all toiletries.
Greatly appreciated if you wash the dishes , no need to put them away thou. Please place all towels and wash clothes in tub. Gather any trash and consolidated into one of the provided trash bags.
Leave all the sheets for us. PLEASE do not move or even attempt to move either bed as they rest on elevated platforms. Best NOT disturb these beds in any way, except to lay back & enjoy w/remotes !
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Never leave the Sliding Glass Door open as seabirds and Salt air rust come in. Please keep door and window closed always

The host gave us great details on how to get in and everything that we needed to do. We had our own transportation. The weather was rainy and windy down there and our host made sure we had something to accommodate us. If I had questions the host got back with me veryfast. We wanted to stay another night. We loved it and enjoyed every bit of it, even with the weather.

I had a great stay at this apartment in Daytona Beach. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect—beach view, and many local attractions. The host was also very responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Daytona Beach and would happily stay here again.
