Have actual handicap accessible rooms that aren't on the top floor clear down at the end of the building. Have grab bars at the entrance to and all around all shower stalls. Have hallways that are not ice cold with breezes running through and under doors into units.

The hotel appeared to be very clean upon check-in. We checked in late in the evening, ate dinner in the room, and then watched tv. An hour later when we went to grab our left overs we found about 10 cockroaches eating our food. It was absolutely disgusting. When we went to tell the front desk, they didn’t apologize, nor did they seem shocked about the situation. They offered to move us to a room directly next door. We asked for a room on a completely different level. It was so gross that had it not been 11pm at night, we would have switched hotels. However, it was too late and we already paid for the room. We reached out to Expedia who we booked the room through and they called the hotel to see what resolution they could come to for us. The hotel said moving our room was good enough. We did not see any cockroaches in the new room, however, we were so paranoid we did not sleep well. The breakfast in the morning was sufficient but hard to enjoy the stay after the night we had.
