The staff were great overall. Special standouts were Amy and Brittni. They made sure guest satisfaction was of ultimate importance. I can't say enough about them. Hannah was alos very understanding and ensured our concerns were brought to the day team.

The door blinds in the room were broken, the blinds on the window wouldn’t pull up, the kitchen sink was dirty. The beach was closed so I couldn’t even access it from hotel. They didn’t tell me what the internet code was, it was not listed on any of the information in the room. Had to call front desk which took many tries to get thru. Ice machines only on a few floors. Really not impressed for a one night stay to spend at the beach. Way too expensive for what I got.

Hannah was very helpful on check-in. We had something come up unexpectedly & could only stay the 1st night. She took care of it expertly. Room itself (King w/balcony & separate room w/sofa sleeper & its own balcony & TV) was spacious. Yes, the facility and room looks somewhat dated but it was clean, no "critters" and everything functioned as you would expect. Better than some of the reviews would indicate.

Despite my frequent stays at this hotel, where the staff has consistently provided exceptional service, my experience today was marred by a particularly unpleasant encounter. Upon checking in, I was assigned to the assistant general manager, Ahmed. Unfortunately, Ahmed’s demeanor was characterized by rudeness and condescension. When I asked for the manager’s business card to express my discontent, I was informed that they currently don’t have one. I intend to report this incident to the hotel owners, as it is unacceptable for a customer to be spoken to in such a negative manner.

Location on the beach with a big balcony was great. Room was clean and kitchenette was a nice size with good utilization space. Hotel could use a little updating with Smart TVs and new doors and locking systems.
