Staff was slow and not knowledgeable of check in process. Hotel restaurant and bar was understaffed and was missing half the menu items. Shower had warm but not hot water. Bathroom was stocked with three conditioners instead of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Overall the facilities seem rundown. I'm pretty sure I saw a prostitute working / using the location. The rooms were very expensive for the quality and will not stay there again.

You must change the language your desk staff uses relating to drivers license “scanning.” As described, I thought that you were going to take a picture of my license and keep it-a big security problem. Really, you just wanted to validate my name. I got into a huge, unnecessary argument with the manager and almost didn’t check in.

Our room was large with a full kitchenette (refrigerator/freezer/cooktop/pots/pans/ dishes/utensils and dining table). The staff were friendly and efficient. I so enjoyed watching the waves from the balcony each morning and evening…what a great vacation in Daytona Beach!
