Large living room w/ leather comfy couches, 3 pvt bedrooms, large-size master bedroom w/ large walk-in closet, large armoire, vanity counter w/ mirror, pvt bathtub and separate walk-in shower, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms w/ tv's and 2nd full bathroom, full kitchen, refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster; pool area has full-size eating table w/ umbrella, firepit, and outdoor heater. All bedrooms have tv w/ cable; house is over 2,200 sq. ft. Dining room off kitchen and 2nd dining room off living room, house is air conditioned. Brand new security system recommended by our insurance company and approved by VRBO policy, added August 2022 - feel safe and secure, exterior cameras only, camera bell on front door, with keyless digital access. Quiet neighborhood, flat, great for walks, Wildlife, deer, turkeys, plus. Restaurants, 5 minutes, ocean 4 miles east, St. Augustine 25 minutes. Flagler County LBTR #34011.

We stayed at this property for 30 days and overall enjoyed the location and layout of the home. The property itself has many positives, and the owner did arrange for repairs during our stay.The pool is gated, but the community is not a gated community. The heated pool—an important factor in our decision to book—was unavailable for approximately 16.5 days due to a heater failure. We were informed on the day of arrival, which did not allow time to make alternative arrangements for a long-term stay.The owner ultimately replaced the pool heater and also addressed other maintenance items, including the oven issue and door lock, during our stay.Resolution of the pool issue required involvement from VRBO, and a partial refund was eventually provided. We appreciate that the matter was resolved, although it did take some persistence and joy out of our vacation. Future guests, particularly those planning extended stays, may want to confirm the operational status of key amenities prior to arrival.

Love this house! Had such a wonderful time in Palm Coast. Great quiet neighborhood, safe and walkable. Close to restaurants and shopping. The house backs up to some woods where we saw 8 deers every morning and evening, heard turkeys and tons of birds. House was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. The host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Poolside retreat

I picked this particular house based on the pictures. The backyard was just as the pictures showed. A fabulous pool with lovely lani and surrounding vegetation. We went from the pool to the loungers for napping over and over again. This house backs up to a green space. So many birds, lizards, turtles, raccoons and herds of deer. Inside the house is comfortable like being at Grandma’s house. We really needed to unwind and this was the perfect spot. Owners are so easy to communicate with. We will go back! Thank you for such a relaxing time.

Wonderful, Relaxing, Beautiful inside and out home to stay. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and Great weather all week. Wonderful VRBO

We rented this property for 4 months over the winter. The place was very clean, in a great area close to restaurants and shopping. My husband and myself are seniors and we travel with our 2 small dogs. The owners were very accessible and helpful throughout that time. March was beautiful weather and we were in the pool or hot tub every day during that month. Highly recommend this property.

Communication with owner was superb. All our questions were answered immediately. The property was immaculately clean and well maintained. The heated pool was a marvelous bonus. Wonderful Place to Stay

The house was as pictured. It was such a lovely and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed two weeks of total relaxation! My husband and I enjoyed our daily walks, plus the pool and hot tub! Bill and Cam were super on any questions I had and told us to let them know if there were and problems….which there were not. Check I. Was a breeze. This is truly a great place to stay!

Exceptional home and owners!

Home: Very ready to move right in; well-furnished,; great privacy even though in a neighborhood; new hot tub; lovely heated pool; wonderful fenced yard for my dog (and me) with a backyard along the creek. I didn't need anything extra. Owners: Extremely easy to work with and very responsive to any question. They stay here for extended times, so they have it as their home, which means I felt right at home. I'm already looking at dates for next year's visit.

Great family home

We truly enjoyed our stay here. We found this home to be very comfortable, and it provided plenty of space for our family. The living room had lots of seating as well as floor space where our grandchildren could play. We used the pool and hot tub nearly every day. The house is located in a quiet family neighborhood near I-95, making it easy to get to stores, restaurants, anything you might need.
