Daytona Beach Resort is an older oceanfront property that continues to undergo restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage sustained in 2022. While many amenities are open and operational, portions of the exterior and common areas remain under repair.
⚠️ Seawall construction is currently underway and may result in daytime construction noise, dust, equipment activity, or temporary work areas, particularly on the south side of the property. Construction schedules and activity levels can vary.

The condo itself remains fully operational, and guests continue to enjoy its clean and comfortable interior, beautiful ocean views, direct beach access, and convenient Daytona Beach location.
