• Portions of the exterior, pool deck, and common areas remain under repair

• The closed south pool and surrounding restoration areas may be visible from the balcony

• Construction schedules and activity levels may change



The condo itself remains available for guest stays, with a private oceanfront balcony, separate bedroom, full kitchen, and comfortable living space.
