After driving 5 hours, they wouldn’t let us check in an hour early to change before our family dinner. We arrived and the guy that checked us in had 0 personality. We got to our room, it’s 30 degrees outside, and the air conditioner was on. It was so cold walking in our room, 3 out of 5 tiny lights didn’t work. We had to use our cell light on our phone to figure out how to turn the heat on. Than the bathroom lights went out. After telling the front clerk, she said. “Sorry for your bad experience.” This is a Hilton group - no way have I ever stayed at a Hilton like this. One more thing booking direct with Tru, we would have been charged an extra charge for human support. I booked thru Expedia and didn’t receive that bogus charge. The rooms size are like a box. Terrible experience!!!!!
