The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. They had sticky floors, cracked walls, the TV didn’t work, the bedspread had holes in them, and the staff didn’t respond when told.

People were working on their vehicles. Is this an extended stay Hotel? The room looked shabby and worn out. I did not feel safe for myself or my personal property. I had such a bad feeling about this place that I left around 9 PM and drove home to Indiana. I will NOT stay at this hotel again. I feel I should get a refund as I did not stay the night. TY

Avoid like the plague

I've traveled the world and this was the most disgusting room I've ever been given. I went there with my young family, checked in and when I entered the room immediately vomited. The room was absolutely putrid, coved in dog urine and god knows what else. I then sat in the lobby waiting for an hour to ask for a new room before giving up and leaving after handing the front desk my room key. Now they're refusing to give me a refund and telling me to go through hotels.com for a refund and hotels.com tells me they owe me the rufund, not them. Spent countless hours today trying to sort this and have gotten absolutely nowhere. The front desk refuses to answer or call back. I dont know what else to do, being both livid and frustrated is and understatement. The place is literally crawling with drug addicts to boot.

Almost Perfect!!

The room was very comfortable and I slept soundly in a spacious king-size bed. I was disappointed the coffee pot was broken and no one was at the front desk at checkout at 8:45 am to thank, or accept my keycard. Overall, a surprising pleasure!!!!

My husband had to change rooms twice. In the second room, he cut his ankle on something on the bed while he slept. It bled a lot. He complained and was given another room that wasn't much better, but he was told was one of the best rooms.
