Entire hotel seems to be in the middle of small remodel projects. Floors are in variety level of wear. Bathroom was recently remodeled, but forgot (missed) to install a hair dryer. Bed was good and room was rather clean. Check in is rather quick, breakfast had two cereal choices with small dispenser. They did have hot waffles and a couple fruit options. Coffee was good and hot. Nothing to write home about but did provide a bed & breakfast

I feel like this hotel was in the midst of renovations on the parking lot. The price was on the cheap side. This hotel has a ton of potential but for some reason the room was not up to par. Very unclean and in need of repairs. Our room was basic but that was not the issue, the room smelled awful, the bed (although they’re clean) sheets were bleach stained in a few spots. Bathroom mirrors were falling apart, we cleaned it ourselves because I really didn’t want to make a fuss. I used to love this hotel when it was The Holidome so hopefully they will do better in the future.

The room was quite adequate and great effort was taken to keep the facility clean. Obviously there was concern about unwanted individuals around. I would not want to be outside alone after dark, the building was way back behind a plaza and there were a lot of trees around. Well back from the hotel was a pick-up truck that appeared to be a meeting place for homeless individuals and they had a small fire out there Saturday night,

There was mold in the bathroom ceiling, mirror still had tooth paste residue on it, sheets and blankets and pillows had stains all over it and also my keys to my room were both deactivated an hour before my check out time. The picture online were not even what I expected to be. I wish I had knowed how much drug addicts and gang member driving around in the parking lot at night, people park right out side our room window and was talk g and. Playing music for a couple hours and the staff didn’t even notice so no security at all present or even the staff to address the issue

Beware! Not safe or clean!

We immediately checked out after seeing the hotel and our room. Strange people lingering around watching us, almost got hit by a car getting into the building. Decided to check out the room before unloading the vehicle. Doorway was propped open so anyone could go into the hotel, stairway was dark and cluttered with garbage and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Got to the room and the light switch didn’t work so we made our way over to a table lamp to get some light. The room was awful! Broken furniture and crayon markings all over everything. The two very small pillows on each of the beds were brown and dingy! We didn’t need to see anything more, we could not stay there!! When we got outside to make our way back to the office to check out, a car slowly followed us to our truck. This place is NOT safe! Beware!

The front people nice. Easy check in. Room was clean but only had 1 wash cloth for 2 people, curtain was broke. And did notice housekeepers didn't put wet floor sign up when mopping hallways and other areas. Am a housekeeper myself and know that is a MUST whenever mopping any area

Booked a stay here to go to the Springfield Antique extravaganza. The lobby and hallways smelled like marijuana. Front desk Staff were friendly and check in and out was very easy. Outside of building and hallways were very dated. Bed linens looked clean but the curtains were not. Condition of room was very dated and room was extremely hot. It took 3-4 hrs to cool down and never completely cooled down. Just felt unsafe in this area of town.

The person who checked me in was wonderful! The room was clean, however they allow smoking on the second floor and even though I had a room on the first floor I could still smell the horrible cigrette smell !!!!! YUCK!!!

They gave me room 218 that was taken apart. Ac in pieces under the window. Door propped open with a trashcan. Hallway walls on secend floor were filthy. I cant believe they sent us upstairs to that room. I requested a refund. They said it would take 3 to get it. They insisted on giving me another room. I asked to look at it first. It was usable but i still had bad feelings about the entire facility. The hallways all smelled like heavy air fresheners had been sprayed throughout. Fortunately we are only here 1 night. I would recommend that no one ever stay at this hotel and it should be condemned by the health department.
