This was not up to LaQuinta standard. We have stayed at plenty & they are always very nice. While this hotel was clean in my room, it wasn’t everywhere. The hallway carpet was stained. The tub was peeling. The beds were hard. The refrigerator barely got cold. The staff (except the one who checked me in) was not friendly & seemed annoyed to help. The breakfast was reheated & nasty (made several staying with us sick). The staff was never at the front desk (except the one who checked me in). We had to ring a bell to get them to come. The beds were clean. It had a nice closet with a door for the clothes. It was in a good location. It was not a horrible place to stay, but it was not as described in the listing & was not up to what I feel a LaQuinta standard would be.

Rooms need updating. Toilets, you might as well sit on the floor. They need to be updated and cleaned regularly. Breakfast was cold! Waffels hot :-) Dogs need to be confined away from guest staying. Dig barked on and off all night. Called front dest. Overall condition of the halls filthy! Confimed my opinion why i stopped staying at these hotels!

Well, no coffee in our room nor was any kept in the lobby… so we went and bought some. The maid DID NOT clean our room, we asked her to come back while getting dressed for a funeral… she did NOT. We killed flies EVERY NIGHT. Where they were coming from, who knows. The dog across the hall barked all night. The bed was hard. The hotel had only one very small dollie to carry luggage/clothes so we made several trips up and down. SOME IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED, but most of all the desk clerks were not nice!

Amazing and friendly staff but infrastructure was somewhat lacking. For example, shower temperature was barely warm, painted floor in shower was peeling off, no toilet paper roll holder in bathroom, no hot water at breakfast for tea, but breakfast was very nice!

Staff was nice and friendly. Entry and dining space was nice, decorated for Christmas and clean. The rest of the hotel needs an update and maintenance. The enamel was peeling off the bathtub, the bathroom door wood was peeling, the bathroom ceiling was stained. My husband had to bring in his tools to fix the TV cables. Probabilistic won’t stay here again

Very disappointed pictures are nothing what hotel looks like. Didn’t have any in door pool like it said bathrooms downstairs near dining room was out of order overall it’s just not what it showed it to be. I would not stay again there. Sheets felt like paper towels, hallway and room were hot as heck, pool was a salt water pool that they treat extremely heavily without letting guests who want to swim know (20 minutes after it’s been treated but we were not informed even after asking about the hours). Staff was slow; went down for something and stood for 15 minutes, rang bell 3x, still nothing so I gave up. My kids eyes were burning so bad from the pool we had to rinse them under the faucet multiple times and they were bloodshot all night. Milk was spoiled (not out of date but left out) when we went to get breakfast. Told the front desk worker who claimed someone else had already complained about it (but it was still in the small refrigerator?). One of the kitchen staff took a drink of the cup I handed them to smell and said “tastes fine to me”. Yuck. I would’ve rather spent the $30 more it would’ve taken for the Hilton down the road. I know better for next time.
