We arrived at 10:25 in the evening, only to find a hand-written sign at the front desk ... "Gone to the bathroom, back at 10:45 PM" .... RIDICULOUS. Saw a woman walk in around 10:45 (I knew she worked there, because we've stayed here before), she did not acknowledge us. Went into the back only to have another man come out to front desk, who looked like he just woke up and rudely help us. Felt like I was in a comedy skit, and we were exhausted! The floor in the lobby was filthy, had coffee all around. Also, the room ... DUSTY! cobwebs in every corner, dust on walls, and bathroom floor dirty. Will NOT stay here again, and don't recommend this place.

The room was good sized and beds were comfy, but the pool wasn’t working, there wasn’t any ice in the whole building, and breakfast was empty just one hour after opening with little to bo refills for the hour and a half we were downstairs waiting. When we asked the front desk for ice (as the signs suggested we do) we were informed that they didn’t have any more ice at all. Overall it was a disappointing experience, considering we paid twice as much to stay there as we were going to pay to stay elsewhere. The only reasons we chose this hotel over cheaper options is because of the pool (which was not working and we had no advance notice of), and the breakfast (which wasn’t stocked and the pancake machine was broken). Add the lack of ice on top and I wish we would’ve stayed at a cheaper hotel.

The manager was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We appreciated the accommodating food staff to refill the omelet tray quickly, so we could have breakfast on the go. It was a clean room and well-kept hotel. The location was convenient as it was right off the highway. The pool was not available, so that is a consideration. However, it was great overall, and I would stay there again.
