The room was good sized and beds were comfy, but the pool wasn’t working, there wasn’t any ice in the whole building, and breakfast was empty just one hour after opening with little to bo refills for the hour and a half we were downstairs waiting. When we asked the front desk for ice (as the signs suggested we do) we were informed that they didn’t have any more ice at all. Overall it was a disappointing experience, considering we paid twice as much to stay there as we were going to pay to stay elsewhere. The only reasons we chose this hotel over cheaper options is because of the pool (which was not working and we had no advance notice of), and the breakfast (which wasn’t stocked and the pancake machine was broken). Add the lack of ice on top and I wish we would’ve stayed at a cheaper hotel.

The manager was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We appreciated the accommodating food staff to refill the omelet tray quickly, so we could have breakfast on the go. It was a clean room and well-kept hotel. The location was convenient as it was right off the highway. The pool was not available, so that is a consideration. However, it was great overall, and I would stay there again.

This property allegedly agreed to my confirmed stay on Expedia, I arrived and had no reservation on file in the middle of the night. The people at the front desk made minimal attempt to help fix the problem, deferring me to Expedia, who did nothing to fix or own the problem despite their blunders. Bottom line, I had no room despite booking months in advance, stressing me out over 600 miles from home. The area was sold out and I wound up at a Motel 6. Unfathomable horrible customer service for both Holoday Inn annd Expedie and unreliability. I would not recommend anyone stay here or be assured Expedia will have your room despite you confirming and paying them, you will be stressed and overwhelmed by the poor customer service. Vote with your money and go elsewhere.

I’ve stayed at a few different hotels in this vicinity, and this is the best one I’ve stayed at. It is ageing in a few areas, but the room was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was good, the bed comfortable, and the people kind.
