The front desk guy was not around waited 15min for him to show. We finally got our room went out for 45 min came back 3 groups waiting to check in and no front desk guy again- someone needs to be monitored

Customer service was really lacking. There was no fresh cookies at any point in the day even though there was a sign saying daily cookies. No cups were out for coffee or hot chocolate. Breakfast was very poor for a Hampton Inn. Even though breakfast was from 6-10, they stopped refilling at 9.

The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are clean and spacious. I arrived at midnight and my room was still available. Breakfast was delicious and a good variety. I was on there overnight BUT would stay again with no issues!

When we got to the room we found blood on the wall in the bathroom. Next a bug was on the wall by the shower. The floor in the bathroom was very dirty. The ceiling over the shower looked like it was falling in. The room did not have an iron when I went to the front desk to ask for an iron the one they provided did not work so back to the front desk to ask for a different iron this one did work.
