Staff were great, your amenities could be better. You had no meat selection with your complementary breakfast. Also my refrigerator in room 401 didn't get cold enough and the room heater was blowing out cold air when the thermostat says heat. This is a rep-idle hotel which is a little concerning.

Friendly staff, easy check-in and explanation of parking system (free parking in a city is always a huge bonus!) super clean room, and decent breakfast options though we chose to go elsewhere for proper sit-down. This was one of the most pleasant hotels I’ve stayed at. I would definitely chose to stay here again if I return to Dayton.

Lisa was excellent at the front desk it was clean but my vehicle got towed because I didn’t realize I had to park in a specific parking space even though I had ticket in the window. It was my error but I’d never stay again.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff in a great location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. If asked what type of room you would like, ask for a corner room-gorgeous, spacious, and a great view! The only complaint we had was that there were not enough fruit and cereal options for breakfast. We also would have preferred whole milk options. A few additions to the morning menu would make this even better. Parking took a minute to figure out but once you go in and out of the garage a couple of times it is easy to do.
