The room was clean and the bed was firm. Recent renovations to the bathroom were pieced together and unprofessional. However, everything worked. The biggest issue with the property is that, despite being near other hotels and commercial retail businesses and restaurants, it is in a sketchy part of Dayton. The doors to the rooms open to the outside, directly to the parking lot. There were people outside in the parking lot for much of the night and it felt unsafe.
