The front desk was very friendly so I hate to leave a bad review, but the sheets were not clean, the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept or mopped in a long time. Same with the bathroom and shower. Behind lamps and furniture there were just piles of dirt. When you pull up outside it looks modern and clean, so going into the room and it being outdated and dirty wasn’t expected. There was also a lot of noise outside so I didn’t sleep at all. Just not a great stay unfortunately.

This hotel was great. The price was reasonable. We were surprised by the nice, large, newly renovated room. Light breakfast was perfect. Staff was very friendly. We had heavy traffic, road construction and detour due to a bad car accident. We got to the hotel at midnight and were very tired. Check-in was fast and friendly. Thanks.

Every thing in the room from sockets to the toilet and bedding, light bulbs /fixtures, etc. were cracked or broken and didn’t work. The pool was closed for the majority of one of the days that I was there. Even the lobby had leaking water from the air conditioner.

Decent room for a reasonable rate

It was a decent size room and it seemed very clean and updated recently. Of course it was a Monday night so didnt hear anything but the noise from I-70 which is expected as its fairly close

Dirty room, room smelled strongly of smoke which I immediately reported. Don’t understand how this facility had a good rating! Bed, very old. “Breakfast” basically bread, jelly, coffee, cheap kids cereals out of date yogurt, granola bars. One of worst I have had.

The area was not the best area for a hotel. A lot of guests standing around or smoking outside of their hotel rooms talking late into the night. Toilet was running on and off. Shower and toilet are old and stained. A weird film on the shower floor. (yuk) Has that old Hotel smell. Staff was nice
