The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfasts had a variety of fresh food and beverages and that area was also very clean and well kept. Our room, the microwave and refrigerator were clean and worked fine. However, there were a few things that need to be fixed/repaired. The bathroom door squeaked very, very loud, the clock didn’t work, and there was nowhere to hang wet towels — only two hooks, one on the back of the bathroom door and one on the wall.

this property is pet friendly and yet there is carpet in the rooms. The fact that carpet is hard to clean and the one in our room has stains on it proves that if you allow animals in your hotel you need to clean your rooms even better than normal. Also the faint smell of dog was prevalent in the room. Remove all carpet and put in ADA compliant toilets that are at least 19 inches high. We are tired of hotels that are still in 1980 mode.

Amazing staff

I never bother with reviews but our stay was do exceptional that I had to respond. The staff greeted us with warm welcomes every single time we walked in and the property was immaculately maintained.

I really liked the room with the suite. The only concern I had was that the door did not fully engage in the lock position without manual effort. Something I did not realize the first night and therefore the door was most likely not locked while I slept. Otherwise, would be happy to stay here again. Great location, convenient to restaurants and transportation routes to other areas.
