The owner is extremely rude and mean! I’ll never stay there again. I traveled 9 hours just to be treated rudely. I think she should learn customer service and also not put all black people in the same category like she does!

The hotel advertised a hot tub, including pictures online, but did not have one. I was told the tub had been removed over 5 years ago. The manager was rude and very short with me when I asked about it and made me "prove it" by showing her the pictures from online. No discount was offered and was in fact refused when I asked for it. The refrigerator in the room was not working when we arrived, and the following night froze everything in it. I would recommend finding other accommodations if you want a comfortable stay.

It was in a good location, but my room was on the second floor and there were only a flight of steps and no elevator to help haul my suitcase. So i had to carry itvup the flight of stairs.

The end of the hallway smelled of marijuana 2 of our 3 nights there. The bathroom door would not close or open all the way! We did like the soap dispensers in the shower. Breakfast was pretty meager with very little space!
