The apartment completely renovated, new paintings, new bathroom. Small condominium with elevator, the apartment is on the second floor.<br>July August, September, rentals are only by the week from Saturday <br>Fiber optic Internet available up to 1 Gb/s maximum.<br><br>ATTENTION: During the Dates of August 12 to 16, 2026, a deposit (Cheque) of 3000€ will be requested during the Dax festivals. Un cocon de propreté en plein coeur de ville

Refait à neuf, très très propre, propriétaire très disponible et à l'écoute. Le seul défaut est la présence des pigeons en pleine canicule si la fenêtre de chambre reste entrebâillée ! Mobilier et accessoires de qualité, très cosy. Attention aux personnes de forte corpulence ou à mobilité difficile, l'accès aux WC est un peu étroit.
