Bright, functional, modern and new, our apartment guarantees you the level of comfort essential for a pleasant stay in all seasons. The residence is secured by a digital code. The apartment has a private parking space in the underground car park. A bicycle storage room is also available. Located on the ground floor, our apartment has a private covered terrace of 8m² with garden furniture and sun loungers. Fully furnished on one level, it is composed of: - an entrance with storage cupboard - a living room with lounge (TV, WIFI), dining room and open kitchen (ceramic hob, electric oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher), - a bedroom: 1 bed 160x200 - a bathroom with shower - a separate toilet - a storeroom with washing machine. For your comfort, sheets, towels and household linen are included. The bed is made upon your arrival. Baby equipment (travel cot and high chair) is available. For everyone's comfort, we ask you not to smoke inside the apartment. For your spa treatment, a specific rate is offered.
