Woodhaven is the perfect place to rest, relax, and rejuvenate while you plan for another day of mountain adventure. The open floor plan allows everyone to be in on the conversation and share the kitchen chores too. The large woodburning fireplace will surely create the perfect cabin atmosphere. Do some stargazing from the outdoor hot tub and then enjoy a night of peaceful slumber. Mornings might be tough. Should we hike up to the Sods? Should we fish at Spruce Island Lake after we make the short drive to Blackwater Falls? Downhill or cross country skiing? Lots of decisions because there is lots to do. Fortunately Woodhaven provides the perfect base camp for your busy gang! Four-wheel drive vehicles and in many cases tire chains are required for safe winter access.

Overall, we had a good stay. The house was comfortable and met our expectations. A few small improvements could make the experience even better, but we appreciate the hospitality and thank you for hosting us.
