Amazing Stay

FIRST TIME using VRBO……This property was amazing. Very clean, the beds were extra comfy!!! The pool was nice! The neighborhood was nice and quiet! I would highly recommend this home!!

This house is worn, broken and managed improperly

NO! This is not the place you want to be if you want to relax. The house is not updated. Worn Formica counters in kitchen and bathrooms, with en suite having contact paper over Formica to appear like granite. Ants on counter in same en suite bath. Beds were old and stained, but comfortable enough. TVs work and one in each bedroom and in living room, with lots of channels. Dishwasher is not working and electrical outlets on that side of kitchen taped off. Pool area is nice however no where to sit. Ridiculous outdoor set up with 3 old tables to eat at; one of which is indoor dinette set with 3 of 4 chairs broken and stained. Those were only chairs. I complained and they dropped off two plastic Adirondack chairs. (We were party of 4). To top off our terrible stay, just before we left to come to FL, the management attempted to recharge my credit card for week cost, which we had paid in full back in November; had to cancel credit card. When I sent email questioning this, they did not respond for two days, then said it was a ‘misunderstanding’. There was not dish soap in kitchen, which seems like least they could do if dishwasher is broken. I complained about back slider not locking, dishwasher not working (‘waiting for part’) and ants and no outdoor seating on Monday. They came Wednesday night with chairs, pest control on Thursday and fixed slider on Friday. We left Saturday morning. Terrible, awful place.

Lovely home in Westbury subdivision

Lovely home with swimming pool. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was nicely equipped with toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans, utensils and plates. Bad side - Ice maker kept jamming and found dirty dishes in the cupboard from previous guests. Would recommend adding some patio furniture out by the pool.

Good stay

Communicating was good , all the beds were comfy . Nice view and very clean . Just wish the pool was clean before our stay but think it was because of the storm . Other than that it was perfect .
