Budget friendly pool villa

To be quite frank with you not sure what I was expecting with this rental had its good and it’s bad, but overall, my family had a great time not going to knock renter the villa was spot on with what you get.

Beautiful area - lots of potential

The area is very nice - it’s a gated community, with sidewalks for walking. Gorgeous community pool and club house. However, the house needs a deep cleaning, painting and updating. The owner was responding quickly to concerns, but there were MANY.

This house was just right for what we needed. My family enjoyed the pool and the house was spacious and comfortable.
