Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Scam - do NOT rent this property

3 days prior to our stay United Properties, the property manager, canceled our reservation promising a full refund due to major flooding from a pipe break in writing. Hotels.com reached out multiple times on my behalf, but the the property manager refused to issue a refund. Do NOT book this property it is a scam.
