Located approximately 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, 30 minutes from Universal Orlando Resort, and 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport, you'll be conveniently positioned for exciting days exploring Central Florida while having a peaceful conservation retreat to return to each evening.



One of the home's standout features is the private outdoor setting. Instead of looking directly into another vacation home's backyard, you'll enjoy peaceful conservation views with no rear neighbors. Start your morning with coffee on the screened lanai, spend the afternoon swimming, or relax outdoors after returning from the theme parks.



The private screened pool faces south, creating an inviting place to enjoy the Florida sunshine. A spacious screened lanai with outdoor patio furniture gives the family plenty of room to gather around the pool and enjoy the natural surroundings.



The adjoining private spa provides another place to relax beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.



Inside, more than 3,400 square feet of living space provides plenty of room for families and groups to spread out comfortably. The living room features a 50-inch TV with DVD player, while TVs in every bedroom allow guests to enjoy their own entertainment and downtime.



The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts before heading to Disney to relaxed family dinners at home. A full-size washer and dryer, central air conditioning, towels, and bed linens provide additional convenience throughout your stay.
