Step outside to your private screened pool and spa, where the northeast-facing pool and spacious screened lanai provide an inviting outdoor living space. The adjoining private spa provides another place to relax beside the pool. The spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
