Did not use parking. The room is clean and the staff are accommodating. Good exchange of info and timely return of communication. Overall, good and safe place to stay. Very close to the airport. Ask staff to request for grab ride versus taxi.

Although the street is not even paved, the environment is quiet and you find parking always. Their food for guests is affordable, the staff always nice and available and rooms are clean. I didn’t have the chance to use the pool, but maybe next time, if I come back and choose them.

WiFi very poor, unable to enjoy the 70” big screen. Jacuzzi not working, horrible odor in bathroom, limited food selection. Termites eating roof of executive suite and debris falling in bed. Location awful, dirt roads in awful condition. Staff was very good and the pool area was real nice.

It is an interesting and beautiful building. The workers are very nice. The menu has only 4 or 5 meals (breakfasts) & it is in a subdivision so nothing much to do around it. The pool is okay but not heated and I didnt smell any chlorine. Water from shower was chilly on my last day. No safe in my room. Wifi didnt work well in the room.

This is a beautiful property once you arrive and go inside. But there is a short section of gravel road to access the last 200 feet or so.

I wish I could leave more stars, treated great by the staff when you get here. The rooms are really awesome too. There's privacy built around the place, makes it very cozzy and quite. This is our second time comming here. We stay when were flying out of davao early. Less than 5 minute Grab ride. I highy recommend
