This condo sits right on one of the Gulf of Mexico's most beautiful beaches! There is a pool and a large beach just steps from the back door. Within walking distance to the bird sanctuary, Ft Gaines, the Estuarian, the ferry to Fort Morgan, Cadillac Square and the golf course! Just a couple blocks from the condo you can find a bike path that traverses down the entire island and puts you right in the middle of all the amenities that the island offers. We also provide the fastest High-speed internet available on the island for those remote workers or gamers. There is also Internet TV's in three rooms. This gives you the option to spread out on those rainy days. For those who prefer to stay inside the satellite and internet will provide plenty of entertainment. This condo has Marble countertops, fresh paint, updated furniture and cozy linens. Pack as much or as little as you like and take advantage of a full-size washer and dryer in the condo. This was a great place for us to bring my family, especially my great grandson. It was not a great walk to the beach for me but everyone else didn’t mind. Another thing that we liked was that it was not too crowded.

This condo was perfect for our island getaway. We had access to the beach via a boardwalk from the property. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities for the week. Questions were very quickly answered by Rhonda and she checked in on us a couple of times throughout our stay. We really liked being off the beaten path with zero traffic noise and definitely will check this condo out on our next visit to the island!

Overall, we had a good stay and the condo met our needs. The kitchen was especially well equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals during our trip.The condo is a bit dated, though. The bathrooms don't have electrical outlets, and the third bedroom had no overhead lighting, which made it a little inconvenient. The mattress in the primary bedroom could also use replacing, as it wasn't very comfortable.That said, the home was clean, functional, and worked well for our stay. With a few updates, it could be an even better rental.We did enjoy the short walk to the private beach and definitely enjoy the pool.

The home was as pictured. It was perfect for my friend and I and our five teenagers. We had had enough beds. It is off the beaten path but the kids enjoyed walking the beach, taking the ferry, seeing dolphins, and just making food and memories.

Overall a great stay! This property is a little older and could use some updating but the price was great and it was clean so this was not an issue for us ! Rhonda was a great host and was responsive to our questions. We would stay here again :).
