Our 2+1 stone house is located in one of the most peaceful areas of Datça, in Emecik Neighborhood, Karaincir area, set within nature on a private land of approximately 4,000 m². On the same property, there are two single-storey stone houses and one tiny house, offering our guests a calm, pleasant, and friendly holiday atmosphere.
Our 2+1 stone house includes:
• One bedroom with a double bed
• A second bedroom with two single beds
• A living room with a convertible double sofa bed
• An additional single bed if needed
• A separate kitchen and a bathroom with WC
The house accommodates up to a maximum of 7 guests and is ideal for families with children.
With its high ceilings, airy layout, wooden doors and windows, and carefully selected furnishings, our stone house offers a warm, comfortable, and peaceful atmosphere where you will truly feel at home. (Please note that this stone house does not have a fireplace.)
In our spacious garden, you can enjoy nature to the fullest with the garden table, hammock, and barbecue area, spend pleasant evenings under the stars, and fully experience the tranquil spirit of Datça with your family and loved ones.
Our property features a free home-type charging station for electric vehicles. Guests may also use our bicycles free of charge, and during the summer season, paddle boards are available for free use.
Each accommodation unit has its own private internet connection. This stone house offers high-speed internet of up to 170 Mbps and is suitable for remote work. In addition, a free parking area for two vehicles is available exclusively for this stone house.
