Large balcony to enjoy sunset, water and city views.

Walking distance to everything you may need in the city (Restaurants, offices, clubs, shops, etc...). Close to waterfront.

Spacious with many facilities (kitchen, living area, bath, AC, fans, TV, work desk, wifi, pool, gym, and parking, etc...).

I am available on the phone any time and I live nearby so I can attend reasonably quickly should there be a need.
No party. Keep noise to a minimum especially after 10pm.

The property had an expansive view of the Darwin skyline and was clean, roomy and functional with facilities for a longer stay. The swimming pool was dirty and overlooked by an office building although nicely designed. We enjoyed our brief stay.
