As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. - Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property's electricity supply.
