Take a short walk to Dartmouth Castle and Sugary Cove, or take the ferry across to Kingswear to visit The Daymark and experience the beautiful views.
Why not step away from the shore and take up one of the many boat rides which can be caught from the waterfront, with sights to see including historical Greenway Holt, the home of Agatha Christie and a selection of nautical wildlife too, from seals to sea birds.
Dartmouth is an all year round destination hosting a variety of regional events like the yearly Dart Music Festival (May), the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta (August), and the Dartmouth Food Festival (October).

This level also features two beautifully presented bedrooms: a super-king-size room with zip-and-link flexibility (can be made into twins on request) and a king-size bedroom with its own en-suite walk-in shower room.
The final bedroom is located on the second floor, a charming twin room with desk space and Velux window offering rooftop views across Dartmouth. Please note there are low beams when accessing this floor, adding to the cottage’s historic character.
Perfectly positioned, Crowthers Cottage is just moments from Dartmouth’s shops, pubs, and harbour. The South West Coast Path, Blackpool Sands beach, and nearby towns such as Totnes and Salcombe are all within easy reach.

The nearest train stations Totnes, approximately 15 miles away.
Parking:
The property has no parking on site; however, we offer the use of a local parking permit that allows free parking in the park and ride car park, located at the top of town with use of the park and ride bus included which will transport you to and from. You can still load and unload outside the property. If the park and ride isn't running then you can catch the number 90 bus from Sainsbury's into the town centre. From 1st October - 30th April the town also offers less restrictive parking measure so parking locally is often possible on The Embankment, South Town and Newcomen Road.
Access Road:
Crowthers Hill is quite steep and as such isn't suited for those with limited mobility and pulling up outside the property is often difficult.
Pets:
One well behave pet accepted - house rules to be followed.
Mobility:
Given the property is on a steep hill we would advise it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
Rental Conditions:
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
