With a parking permit included, it’s the perfect base to explore the coast, town and beyond. Regrettably, no children under 5.

The Apartment offers nearby access to the South West Coast Path. So, simply step out your front door to explore South Devon’s beautiful coastline. Take a short walk to Dartmouth Castle and Sugary Cove, or take the ferry across to Kingswear to visit The Daymark and experience the beautiful views.

Why not step away from the shore and take up one of the many boat rides which can be caught from the waterfront, with sights to see including historical Greenway Holt, the home of Agatha Christie and a selection of nautical wildlife too, from seals to sea birds.

Dartmouth is an all year round destination hosting a variety of regional events like the yearly Dart Music Festival (May), the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta (August), and the Dartmouth Food Festival (October).

Sink into the comfortable seating for a quiet evening, or gather for games and conversation after a day exploring Dartmouth.

The modern kitchen is equipped with premium Siemens appliances, including a double oven and grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and Samsung microwave. Share meals at the sleek glass dining table, then wind down with a movie on the Samsung TV with sound base, PS4, and Blu-ray player, or simply watch the world go by through the large bay window.

This holiday apartment comfortably sleeps up to three guests in two beautifully presented bedrooms. The master features a standard double bed, Smart TV, and stylish en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom offers a cosy single, perfect for a friend, older child, or relative. All beds include hypoallergenic pocket-sprung mattresses and bedding for a restful night’s sleep. A second contemporary bathroom with shower and heated towel rail adds convenience.

Tucked away at the rear of the property is The Apartment’s private garden, a hidden gem accessed via communal steps. This tranquil outdoor space features rattan lounge seating, a dining table, and partial views of the River Dart, ideal for morning coffee, an afternoon read, or evening drinks as the sun sets over the hills.

A complimentary parking permit is included, making it easy to explore Dartmouth and the wider South Devon area.

Please note: due to steps and layout, the property is not suitable for children under 5.


Perfectly positioned to walk into town. The nearest train station is Totnes, approximately 15 mins away by car.

Parking:
The property has no parking on site; however, you can pull up to unload in front of the property. We offer the use of a local parking permit that allows free parking in the main central car park, located just a five minute walk from the apartment.

Pets:
Strictly no pets

Children:
Due to the nature of the apartments layout with stairs we only accept children over the age of 5.

Mobility:
Given the Apartment is on the first floor, we would advise it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or young children.

External Furniture:
Soft furnishings are provided from Easter to end of September. Outside of this period the rattan furniture and chairs are 'naked'.
