Raiville Homestay in cool Darjeeling for your getaway

Raiville – Where the Mountains Welcome You Home

Wake up to misty mornings, sweeping Himalayan views, and the timeless charm of Darjeeling. Nestled in the heart of town yet tucked away from the bustle, Raiville is a place where every sunrise feels magical and every evening invites you to slow down and breathe in the mountain air.

Our home is a place of shared moments and simple comforts.

The shared kitchen is where aromas and stories mingle, the shared hall a cozy corner to relax and connect, and the shared bathrooms are thoughtfully maintained for everyone’s convenience. Above it all awaits our spacious open terrace, where coffee tables invite you to slow down, sip a warm cup, and soak in the beauty of the hills and sky.

As you enjoy these shared spaces, we kindly ask that you treat them with the same care, respect, and warmth you would your own home. By looking after this little haven together, we help create a welcoming experience for every guest who passes through.

Discover Darjeeling on Foot

A short stroll from Raiville brings you to some of Darjeeling’s most treasured landmarks:

* Dali Monastery – Where fluttering prayer flags and gentle chants create an atmosphere of serenity.
* Japanese Peace Pagoda and Nipponzan Myohoji Buddhist Temple – Peaceful sanctuaries nestled among the pines, offering moments of reflection and breathtaking views.
* Batasia Loop – Watch the iconic Toy Train wind its way through gardens framed by the majestic Himalayas.

Venture a Little Further

Some of the region’s most beautiful experiences are just a short drive away:

* Rock Garden – A hidden oasis of waterfalls, terraced pathways, and nature’s soothing melodies.
* Tiger Hill – Rise before dawn and witness the first golden rays paint Kanchenjunga in shades of fire and gold.
* Lamahatta – Wander through pine-scented forests, colorful prayer flags, and quiet gardens where time seems to slow down.
