"The rooms are in the 3rd floor only with no elevators. It is not good for senior citizens like us. It should be mentioned in the room description so as not to mislead prospective customers. No resto nor lobby on the ground floor. Guests have to cross a major street to check in or eat, since the staff services are in the other building across a major road. Very inconvenient for guests"

"Unfortunately the hotel is not well kept - the bathroom had only cold water to shower & is in need of a refurb and good clean. Building works around the hotel are still not completed. A disappointing return from our last visit in 2019. We don’t recommend & will not stay again. "

"There were no bottled water complimentary upon arrival. The small toilet was not flushing properly due of limited water from its toilet tank. We have to use bucket to flush it properly. Most of all, I was surprised that there was no small fridge provided in the room. I was so frustrated since I have medication that needs to be put in the fridge. In our last day I found out that they have fridge outside. We could have known and they could have reminded us as well that if we need something like refrigerating they have one outside in the compound. "
