We did the all inclusive & the breakfasts were great, we loved the burgers & hotdogs around pool area. Never had the lunch buffet & the dinner buffet could use a little upgrade. The drinks & cocktails great. Now the rooms on the outside very nice. The interior bathrooms upgraded & nice. We had a suite & when first walked in were hit with the heat. Only the bedroom had an Ac which was fine when we slept but if you want to relax comfortably after a day in the sun the living room that leads out to balcony was not comfortable cause it was hot as balls. The decor is like a glamping camping trip so maybe that’s why only Ac in bedroom. I did enjoy being a kid again on the slides & the staff are lovely.

Very nice property and nice staff but it’s not on beach and no elevators so you’ll have to take your luggage up several flights of stairs. Especially if on the 3rd floor. The rooms are a nice size but don’t have traditional outlets for charging, they make you pay $6 for an adapter. They only have 1 restaurant which is a buffet that serves the same food everyday. They do have a pizza station and a snack bar but you can’t really get anything until 6pm . Unless you’re not a guest and purchased water park tickets. They have a bbq grill you can use and sushi but you have to pay for it unless you stay for a week. The pools close by 5pm and dinner ends @9pm. They have no real adult activities going on and you couldn’t even go out because you have nothing around the property.

The food was definitely a high point! There was a wide selection, including snacks available to order throughout the day. We especially loved the dining variety: ​You could order your own pizza in the evening if you wanted a break from the main buffet. ​The sushi restaurant was my favorite. ​The do-it-yourself BBQ was a fun addition. ​The cocktail and alcohol selection was excellent, and I loved starting every morning with an iced coffee in the heat. ​Another huge benefit was the free daily shuttle to various places. This was fantastic for exploring the island without having to rent a car. The tour desk was helpful and informative, and a special shout-out goes to one very helpful reception lady whose name I unfortunately didn't catch—thank you! ​Areas for Improvement ​Slow and Unfriendly Service ​The service for drinks at the main bar was disappointingly slow. Although there were many staff members walking around, only one person seemed to be working the bar, leading to long waits. ​To make matters worse, the unfriendliness of certain staff was very annoying. Many times, it felt like we were a nuisance just for asking for a drink—there was a lot of visible huffing and puffing. This made the few genuinely nice staff members, like Joanie, really stand out. ​Housekeeping and Cleanliness ​Cleanliness needs attention. Our room wasn't fully cleaned for three days in a row; we just received new towels. Furthermore, on some days, rubbish was left on the side of walkways for hours.

The check was a headache. We had to wait in excess of an hour to have access to room. Besides that the staff was very helpful. I visited in May so some activities were not in operation but those that were was great. The place is quiet, clean, inviting and fun. Will definitely be back again.

This resort definitely caters more to families and locals. I visited with my boyfriend, and my biggest issue was the lack of respect for privacy. We had our ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on our door, and staff entered our room without permission twice. Once while I was in the bathroom. On the bright side, the food was decent with some variety each day. Staff interactions were a hit or miss . Some were friendly, but one bartender in particular took our order and never returned. It has potential but I won’t be back

Upon arrival we were informed the room needed to be “checked”, even though we arrived 45 minutes later than the check-in time. We waited for 15 minutes and then decided to go wait by the room, which was clearly ready. The first night our electricity shut off/ on approx. 10 times, when informing the front desk of this mishap they nonchalanty said this was the local electricty company, and would not compensate for this issue. Being locals, we are well aware that this issue would not be caused by the electricity company and stated this to them as well. The buffet restaurant was okay, sometimes things would run out. Or certain areas not even utilized to provide more options. The pizza restaurant was good, waiting time a bit long but they made this clear with a sign at the ordering counter. The snack bar ran out of wings, which I found odd and the burger was not beef but ‘frikandel’ patty instead. The upsides, the room (family room) was spacious enough for us as a family of 4. The building we were assigned has a parking space, which is not the case for all buildings so this was a pro. The waterpark was the main reason we chose this stay for the kids and it was a hit. We would most probably not return for a stay in the near future but a day pass most likely for the kids to enjoy the waterpark.

Check-in felt rushed and unwelcoming. We were handed wristbands, given our room number, and directed to scan a QR code for resort information—without any real orientation. There was no explanation of where our room was until I asked, no mention that the buffet was about to close (which would have been helpful after a long trip with two small children), and no offer to assist with luggage. The reception area itself is quite small, lacks seating, and isn’t equipped to handle the high volume of arriving guests. Overall, the arrival experience felt cramped and disappointing. Check-out was especially frustrating. We weren’t informed that a generator installation was scheduled at the main entrance on the morning of our departure. As a result, we had to carry our luggage up to the gym area and wait outside in the heat for our cab. Once again, no one offered assistance with our bags, which made the experience unnecessarily stressful—especially with kids. Overall, my kids had a great time. The resort is great for families thanks to the variety of water slides & exceptional buffet, but the customer service in the front desk & bar areas really needs improvement.

We stayed from June 19-24 2025 in one of the 3 bedroom villas. One of the sinks in the master bedroom had a leak. The shower isn’t fully enclosed so the water runs over the little lip thing that is supposed to prevent the water from getting outside the shower. There were medium and small roaches. The microwave in the kitchen didn’t work. Breakfast was plain. Same options every morning. Lunch and dinner was average. Nothing to write home about. While the resort does have day passes for locals, it creates a displeasure for paying guests. It felt like the locals were given precedence over everyone else. It’s okay to have options for locals but instead of closing the pools and other services for everyone. Close those services for the locals and allow guests to enjoy the facilities. 2 employees that deserve to be recognized and appreciated. Maybe even given a raise are Curty and Tesari (I know that’s not how to spell her name). They both work evenings to closing mostly by the pizza bar. They made our stay fantastic. Most of the other staff were not friendly. Making us feel like we were an inconvenience when asking for something. Most importantly, being a kid friendly resort more options for young children would be great. And please please please consider having food options past 9 PM.
